Midtown Atlanta sees rapid development with 57 major buildings delivered since 2010

Midtown Alliance has revealed an updated aerial rendering of the buildings that have been constructed and are underway across a one-square-mile area in Atlanta's Midtown district since 2010. A total of 57 buildings, most of them classified as "major" developments, have been delivered, with eight opening this year alone. An additional 16 projects are under construction and 10 more have cleared the development review process, according to Midtown Alliance. The projects, if completed, will add nearly 2,000 more residential units, 60,000 square feet of retail and over 748,000 square feet of office space. Read more info in this Urbanize article.
